Motivated by the firm conviction of contributing to the strengthening of cultural identity, the sense of belonging and the empowerment of people, as well as the social responsibility of entities and companies, we present the 4 Version of the World Festival of Whales and Singers, macro event of environmental, cultural, scientific, artistic and tourist processes and activities, which take place in parallel to the four months of the Humpback Whale Season and other marine beings that migrate from Antarctica to reproduce in the Colombian Pacific Ocean, particularly in Bahía Málaga, Ladrilleros, Buenaventura, Valle del Cauca.
