ACODRÉS, as the official national guild of the Gastronomic Industry, for more than 60 years its interest and corporate purpose has been the preservation and impulse of our gastronomy to become a factor of development and progress in Colombia as well as a tourist attraction for the world. That is why since 2008 we created the Ibero-American Congress of Gastronomy "DELEITARTE", an event in which Gastronomy Students, restaurant owners, chefs and journalists converge, addressing different issues that involve gastronomic development and the trends to which The market takes us. For this 2019 we want to give the region an international anchor event for the increase of tourists, greater investment and in the same way greater productivity for the companies of catering of the gastronomy in Colombia.
For this year we will have 4 Guest Countries (Ecuador, Peru and Mexico and Venezuela) and Colombia as host country with the presence of 20 of the best chefs from different regions of the country.
